Business Wire, Sept 19, 2006
TAMPA, Fla. -- Numara Software, a global provider of IT management solutions for IT professionals, today announced that it has appointed Andrew White as director - sales and marketing EMEA and APAC. Bringing more than 15 years of experience in IT across sales, marketing and regional management, White will lead sales and marketing efforts for EMEA and APAC, to capitalize on the market opportunity for cost effective, integrated helpdesk and IT asset management in the small to medium sized business (SMB) and mid-market sectors.
Prior to joining Numara Software, White's achievements included managing a team responsible for EMEA revenue at FrontRange Solutions, reporting eight consecutive quarters of growth. This was achieved by recruiting several market leading systems integrators, building a worldwide partner program and securing strong vendors alliances with major Fortune 100 companies. White also co-founded and managed Red Electron Ltd, a consultancy specifically targeted at vendors wishing to outsource channel-focused sales and marketing initiatives. Clients included Avaya, Ericsson and NEC.
At Numara Software, White will be responsible for implementing go-to-market strategies to drive revenues in key European and Asia-Pacific markets.
"The opportunities within our target markets are immense and I am looking forward to capitalizing on them by enhancing and scaling our channel program," commented White. "I hope to use my knowledge of the service and infrastructure management sectors to take Numara Software into a position of market dominance. We can offer a solution to meet every requirement and businesses should embrace the prospect of automated, integrated IT support at a cost effective price point."
White's new position is effective immediately and he will be based in Numara Software's EMEA headquarters in Reading, UK.
