MARINA DEL REY, Calif. -- Digicorp (OTCBB:DGCO) announced today that it has partnered with the radio veterans at R.O.I. Media Solutions, LLC to distribute its patent pending Podcast production and publishing software to radio stations and content providers.

Digicorp's suite of Podcasting utilities and services will allow radio broadcasters to repurpose existing content as interactive, visually compelling Podcasts, creating multiple revenue opportunities for the stations and content producers. The Digicorp and R.O.I. alliance aims to revitalize the radio industry at a time of nominal or even stagnant revenue growth, by introducing a new business model that brings Internet revenue to radio programming while also enhancing the Podcast experience for the end user.

"Digicorp has created a groundbreaking process that unleashes the earning potential of untapped content," commented Digicorp's CEO, Jay Rifkin. "R.O.I. As soon as we saw a demonstration of Digicorp's proprietary technology, we knew that it was something our clients would find unique and exciting. We expect that Digicorp's products and services will be invaluable tools to help broadcasters move profitably into the new digital media landscape."

R.O.I.'s Mark O'Neill added, "With Jay Rifkin's extensive experience and expertise across the music and media industries, he and his team have designed a program that is a 'win' for everyone: broadcasters, advertisers and especially the audience."
