Digicorp Partners with R.O.I. Media Solutions to Launch Patent Pending Podcast Software in the Radio Industry; Proprietary Technology Repurposes Radio Content as Interactive Video Podcasts Designed to Generate New Revenue Streams for Broadcasters

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. -- Digicorp (OTCBB:DGCO) announced today that it has partnered with the radio veterans at R.O.I. Media Solutions, LLC to distribute its patent pending Podcast production and publishing software to radio stations and content providers.
Digicorp's suite of Podcasting utilities and services will allow radio broadcasters to repurpose existing content as interactive, visually compelling Podcasts, creating multiple revenue opportunities for the stations and content producers. The Digicorp and R.O.I. alliance aims to revitalize the radio industry at a time of nominal or even stagnant revenue growth, by introducing a new business model that brings Internet revenue to radio programming while also enhancing the Podcast experience for the end user.
