Business Wire, Sept 25, 2006

SAN FRANCISCO -- SNOCAP, the first end-to-end provider of digital licensing, copyright management services and artist distribution for the digital music marketplace, today announced its appointment of Guy Johnson to the company's board of directors and the appointment of attorney Rich Mosher as general counsel. Johnson is chairman of the board for Sirius Canada and a former senior executive of Sirius Satellite Radio. Mosher is a corporate law specialist who most recently served as general counsel at Intellisync Corporation. The announcement was made by SNOCAP's chief executive officer, Rusty Rueff.

"Guy Johnson brings unrivaled sales and marketing expertise to the SNOCAP board and is a welcome addition to the team. His experience in the music and consumer electronics industries as well as his talent at bringing new technologies and entertainment products to market will be a huge asset for SNOCAP," said Rueff. "Likewise, we are delighted to welcome Rich Mosher to SNOCAP's executive team. Rich's experience on the legal side of all kinds of corporate transactions will provide a tremendous benefit for a rapidly growing company like ours."

Johnson is currently chairman of the board for Sirius Canada, a privately held joint venture between Sirius Satellite Radio, the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), and Standard Radio Inc., Canada's largest private radio operator. Sirius Canada, Inc. launched a 100-channel Canadian satellite radio service in December of 2005. Johnson first joined Sirius in 2002 as executive vice president of sales and marketing, leading the team that launched the commercial-free music and entertainment service in the United States. His role included responsibility for all content and programming, sales and distribution, marketing, product and technology development, and customer service operations.

Prior to joining Sirius, Johnson managed global and North American operations for Thomson Multimedia, a Paris-based company with a family of leading consumer brands including RCA, GE and Proscan. Johnson ran Thomson's worldwide DVD and multimedia business, and he worked closely with Time Warner and Toshiba to bring the current DVD standard to market. Johnson also managed the company's worldwide video business, a multi-billion dollar enterprise which included VCR and camcorder product groups. During his tenure at Thomson, he led the team that designed and implemented the company's worldwide e-commerce strategy, and oversaw a $4.5 billion business unit that included overall product management for all Thomson brands of color TV, VCR, DVD, audio and communications products. A native of Victoria, British Columbia, Johnson holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

"I'm thrilled to join the SNOCAP board and to play an active role in the company," Johnson said. "SNOCAP has built an exciting new way for music retailers, rightsholders, artists and consumers to do business online, and I look forward to helping the company grow."

Before joining SNOCAP, Mosher served for five years as general counsel at Intellisync Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNC), a leading provider of platform independent wireless messaging and mobile software. Mosher oversaw all aspects of Intellisync's worldwide legal functions including technology and software licensing, mergers and acquisitions (the company was acquired by Nokia during Mosher's tenure), management of the company's intellectual property portfolio, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Prior to Intellisync, Mosher was an associate with the law firm Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. He currently sits on the Advisory Boards of Easy Reach and Snack Mobile. Mosher holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego.

"This is a very exciting time for SNOCAP, especially for an attorney who specializes in deals and partnerships. I'm thrilled to join the team and help speed the company's growth," said Mosher.
