Shop.org's Online Retail Boot Camp, which is being held on the first day of its annual summit in New York, was designed to provide actionable information for online retailers who want to learn about the latest technology advancements that will help differentiate their site from the competition. The Web 2.0 panel will look at AJAX, Rich Internet Applications, blogs and RSS, and direct messaging, among other technologies. Chung will share his thoughts on how rich media and other Web 2.0 technologies enable retailers to deliver an online customer experience that more closely matches the quality and nuances of the rest of the brand experience.
