CRM Magazine Names DataFlux Market Winner in Data Quality for Second Consecutive Year
Business Wire, Sept 27, 2006
CARY, N.C. -- DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today announced it has been selected as the 2006 CRM Market Winner in Data Quality. This is the second year in a row that DataFlux has been selected by CRM magazine as the winner of the data quality category. DataFlux was chosen based on the company's suite of solutions that enable organizations to analyze, improve and control the quality of their information across the enterprise.
The 2006 CRM Market Awards honor the individuals and companies that stand above the rest in customer relationship management as a result of their significant influence, innovation, or accomplishments. The program recognizes the top vendors in eight categories. Each category includes six CRM vendors (one winner, four leaders and one company to watch), which are selected based on weighted criteria that include revenue, revenue growth, market share, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, and company direction.
"Data quality remains the key to unlocking the value in CRM and customer data integration implementations by improving the quality of customer data which provides the framework for a deeper understanding of customer behavior," said Tony Fisher, president and CEO of DataFlux. "This award is a testament to DataFlux's deep history of providing our customers with the solutions necessary to dramatically improve data quality and data integration for customer data-related initiatives."
"The CRM industry is showing continued momentum, marked by its second straight year of double-digit growth," said David Myron, editor-in-chief of CRM magazine. "Our 2006 CRM Market Award recipients are largely responsible for this turnaround as they continue to help their clients make better use of customer data. Congratulations to this year's CRM Market Award recipients."
In addition to the Market Winner award for DataFlux, SAS, DataFlux's parent company, was named CRM Analytics Winner for the fourth consecutive year. SAS was also cited as a CRM Market Leader in the Marketing Automation category.
