Silver Lake Partners Completes Acquisition of IPC

NEW YORK & MENLO PARK, Calif. -- IPC Information Systems LLC, which has been renamed IPC Systems, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions and services, today announced that Silver Lake Partners, the leading private equity firm focused on large-scale investments in technology and related industries, has completed its acquisition of IPC from GS Capital Partners. The deal was originally announced in August of this year.
