Susan J. Hayden Named Senior Vice President, Telesales for Monster

Experienced Executive to Manage Large-scale Telesales Operations

Hayden as Senior Vice President, Telesales. Ms. Hayden will lead the development of Monster's overall Small to Midsize Business (SMB) telesales strategy.

Ms. Hayden joins Monster from the Oracle Corporation. She served most recently as Group Vice President of Sales for OracleDirect, and as Director, Global HRMS Business Development & Sales Strategy. Before joining Oracle, Ms. Hayden held positions with SAP America, Fidelity, and Dun and Bradstreet Software. Ms. Hayden holds a bachelor's degree with dual majors in Computer Science and Human Resources Management from Boston College's School of Management.
