Rockwell Automation Board of Directors Approves Stock Repurchase

MILWAUKEE -- Rockwell Automation Inc. (NYSE: ROK) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the company to repurchase up to 9 million shares of Rockwell Automation common stock between Sept. 6, 2006 and Sept. 30, 2007. This follows a similar stock repurchase program authorized on Sept. 7, 2005.
