Trazar Has Outstanding Year-to-Year Sales Growth While Demonstrating Commitment to ISO Quality Management System; Trazar Passes 7th Consecutive ISO Audit with Zero Corrective Action Requests
Business Wire, Sept 6, 2006
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Trazar Corporation continues to show excellent growth and performance by increasing current calendar year-to-year sales by 50%. This was achieved while also recording its seventh consecutive International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 audit with ZERO Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
The 19-year-old Silicon Valley company's excellent sales growth is the result of commitment to servicing the customer while demonstrating ability to provide outstanding quality products and services. Trazar's ISO 9001:2000 Business Management System is audited every six months for compliance and once every 3 years for recertification. The employees and management of Trazar have now demonstrated their ongoing commitment to meeting the quality requirements of their customers and maintaining the quality improvement processes for more than a complete certification cycle. "We were told after this last audit that we have achieved in one cycle what it takes other, larger companies, with far more resources than Trazar, two or even three certification cycles to achieve," said Ken Warburton, CEO.
"This is a continued testament to the fact that money doesn't buy quality -- it is built into Trazar's products and services. It is also a statement of our employees' commitment to stringent standards of operation while having the willingness to review and improve those processes," Ken added.
"We have now successfully integrated the tenets of the ISO Business Management System into the culture of Trazar," said Kathy Yanez, Quality Assurance Manager. "We have top-to-bottom commitment and participation -- now everyone thinks 'ISO' automatically -- and it shows not only in our audit results but in the positive quality ratings we receive from our customers."
