Invescor Ltd. Announces The Launch of Invescor Wholesale BD, Inc

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- Invescor Ltd. a Life Insurance and Life Settlement Brokerage firm announces the approval of its independent Broker Dealer affiliate, Invescor Wholesale BD, Inc. by the NASD. Invescor Wholesale BD, Inc. will now serve in its capacity as a NASD approved broker dealer, to transact the settlement of variable and fixed policies in the secondary market for registered representatives nationwide. Per the recent August, 2006, NASD Notice To Members (NTM) 06-38 regarding the sale of variable policies on the secondary market, the NASD considers it to be a security thereby requiring the oversight of a NASD member Broker Dealer.

Invescor has created standards and guidelines to address the concern of the NASD Notice to Members requiring the Broker Dealer and Registered Representative to follow procedural guidelines to ensure that NASD Regulations 2310, 2320, 2820, 3010 and 3040 which encompass Suitability, Due Diligence, Best Execution and Training and Supervision, in addition to all other required regulations, are being met when conducting a life settlement transaction on a variable policy.
