Shell Affiliate Sells Enterprise Products Partners Common Units

HOUSTON -- Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that Shell US Gas & Power LLC (SUSGP) has priced a secondary offering of 13.5 million Enterprise common units. SUSGP, as a selling unitholder, is offering the common units pursuant to a shelf registration statement and prospectus filed by Enterprise. SUSGP will receive all net proceeds from the sale of common units in the offering, which does not change the number of outstanding Enterprise common units. Lehman is acting as the sole underwriter and bookrunning manager for the offering.
