Intellilink Provides Unique Consulting Offering to HP Partner Program
NEW YORK -- Intellilink (www.intellilink.com), a specialist management consulting firm that improves the productivity of knowledge worker organizations, today announced that it has been selected by HP as a Project Portfolio Management organizational change consulting partner.
"We have been working with HP Project and Portfolio Management Center software for some time now, and we are delighted to cement our relationship with HP through a formal agreement," said Patrick Boylan, Intellilink's CEO. "We have worked in the PPM space for many years and adoption is critical to the success of any project portfolio management or IT governance rollout. We have found that if users do not embrace change and adopt the tool then the success of the entire initiative can be jeopardized."
"Intellilink brings a very specialized skill set to our partner program," said Jan Sondergaard, Vice President of PPM Products, Software, HP. "Their organizational change methodology helps customers using HP PPM Center address their most challenging IT governance problems and maximize the returns from their IT portfolio."
As part of the agreement, Intellilink will utilize its database of PPM best practices and enhance its proprietary organizational change methodology. The firm has agreed to create a "PPM Adopt" methodology specifically tailored to HP Project and Portfolio Management Center rollouts. The methodology is applicable to both new installations and those already completed where organizations wish to increase user adoption of the solution. The methodology will add value for HP Software customers and help increase their return on investment. For more information please contact Intellilink at info@intellilink.com.
