Coverall Cleaning Concepts' Ted Elliott Wins 'Ultimate CEO' Award Honoring Top Corporate Leaders in Palm Beach County
Business Wire, April 17, 2007
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Coverall Cleaning Concepts announced today that Ted Elliott, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer, has been recognized in the 2007 "Palm Beach Ultimate CEO Awards" sponsored by the South Florida Business Journal and law firm Greenspoon Marder, P.A. The program honors CEOs in Palm Beach County who demonstrate a commitment to excellence, leadership and community service.
Elliott was recognized for his role in the continued growth of Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a commercial cleaning franchising company that currently has system-wide sales of over $300 million and more than 8,500 Franchise Owners worldwide.
Elliott's accomplishments at Coverall Cleaning Concepts include continued year-over-year sales increases since he was named president in 2002, development of a specialty in healthcare facility cleaning that now represents 20% of the company's customer base, and major Franchise Owner expansion and Regional Support Center development that have helped the company acquire key national accounts.
In addition, Elliott launched a scholarship program for children of Coverall Cleaning Concepts' Franchise Owners in 2005 and currently serves as Chairman of The Coverall Foundation, which funds the program. Elliott is also an active supporter of an orphanage in Ramallah and sponsors medical care for a girl's orphanage in Haiti.
"It is always gratifying to be recognized by the business community, but the credit for this award is not mine alone. This is truly an honor that I share with everyone in the Coverall Cleaning Concepts organization," Elliott said. "It demonstrates our commitment to quality of service, attention to detail, and continuing to build the business to become the premier choice in commercial cleaning services."
Elliott is one of nine area CEOs who will be recognized at the second annual "Palm Beach Ultimate CEO" awards dinner at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach on April 26.
Coverall Cleaning Concepts was previously named 2006 Business of the Year in the "General Business over $25 Million" category by South Florida Business Journal and REGIONS BANK; Best Support Organization in 2004 and 2005 in the Stevie Awards; and the eighth largest franchise chain by domestic units by Franchise Times magazine. The company has also been recognized as one of the fastest-growing franchises and best franchises for home-based businesses by Entrepreneur magazine.
