Safeguard Business Unit to Provide Security Services to Texas Department of Transportation

(OTC:SSYH), a provider of corporate and industrial security systems and personnel, announces that its SYSTEMSgroup business unit has entered into an agreement to provide electronic security services for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). SYSTEMSgroup is recognized by Tyco's Software House, a leading security products supplier, as one of a few companies authorized as an "enterprise level" security systems contractor for TxDOT.
