Cynergy Data Acquires Valuable Asset From Trusted Processor

ROSEMONT, Ill. -- Abanco International, LLC, a trusted provider in electronic commerce and payment services has officially completed the sales of its merchant portfolio to Cynergy Data. This deal transfers the merchant accounts asset, including the related sales and service support along with the Abanco payment gateway, to Cynergy Data, New York.

This transaction did not include the sale of Abanco's Mobile Data Technology (MDT) products and services. Abanco intends to continue the marketing, development and integration of this wireless connectivity solution. MDT is an all-in-one payment processing application that has been successfully deployed by several airlines.
