Business Wire, April 30, 2007

CHESTER, W.V. -- MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MNTG) today announced that RacelineBet, Inc., a subsidiary of Scioto Downs, Inc., has launched RacelineBet.com, a national account wagering service that offers online and telephone wagering on horse races as a marketing affiliate of AmericaTab LTD. Membership is free, and is presently available to U.S. residents in 37 states. RacelineBet's schedule incorporates races from over 100 harness and thoroughbred tracks worldwide.

Members can view basic track program information, weather and track conditions, late changes, real-time odds, and exotic probable payouts. RacelineBet.com offers live video streaming, race replays and a stable alert feature so that members can follow the races. Additionally, RacelineBet.com has partnerships with data providers and handicapping software experts to offer a wide variety of handicapping information products. Members can place secure bets on a variety of tracks and their results are automatically posted to their AmericaTab account shortly after the race has been declared official.

Edson R. (Ted) Arneault, CEO of MTR Gaming Group, stated, "We are very pleased to have launched RacelineBet. We are providing customers with the enjoyment and excitement of races from their home and with all the information they need to make an informed wager. Initially, we will be marketing the service through our existing facilities, simulcast live racing and programs. Importantly, in addition to RacelineBet representing a new source of revenue for MTR, we expect it to increase awareness and handle for races at MTR tracks. We believe it is beneficial for our existing track properties and the horsemen that race at our facilities to market our tracks through AmericaTab, which handled over $234 million in 2006. We will also be offering live wireless streaming video which could reach a new generation of horse players."
