Roy M. Avondet Joins FreeHand Systems as Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK & LOS ALTOS, Calif. -- FreeHand Systems International, Inc. (OTC:FSYI), announced today that Roy M. Avondet, who has been working with the company to complete the 2005 and 2006 audited financials, has been designated by the company as Chief Financial Officer. He will continue working to complete the financials for the 2007 fiscal year which ends March 31, 2007.

Mr. Avondet is a retired partner (33 years) with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in accounting and auditing for early stage venture capital and public companies. While at Deloitte, Mr. Avondet was Region 10 Managing Partner Assurance and Accounting; Northern Pacific Region Technology Media and Telecommunications Industry Managing Partner, San Jose Office Managing Partner and Audit Partner. Recently he was founder and manager of Lami Park LLC, a strategic consulting and investment firm. Mr. Avondet is a CPA licensed in California and Utah.

In his regional positions with Deloitte, Roy demonstrated success in building new business and service lines. As an audit partner, Roy directed and reviewed Deloitte's services in numerous annual audits, initial public offerings and registration statements, SEC filings, and business combinations.
