Isobar Makes a Global Commitment to Search; Appoints iProspect Founder to Global Role
BOSTON -- Isobar (www.isobar.net), the leading global digital marketing services network, announced today that Fredrick Marckini is now the Chief Global Search Officer of Isobar, leaving his role as CEO of iProspect (www.iprospect.com), to lead the industry's first truly global search practice. Succeeding Mr. Marckini at iProspect U.S., headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, is Rob Murray, who is in his eighth year as President.
Mr. Marckini founded iProspect in 1996 and is recognized as a leading expert in the field of search engine marketing. He has authored three of the SEM industry's most respected books, is considered one of the pioneers of search engine marketing, has twice been on the list of BtoB Magazine's Who's Who in Search Engine Marketing, and twice lead iProspect to listings on the both the Inc. 500 and the Deloitte & Touche Fast 500.

Mr. Marckini will lead teams in London and Boston who will staff the new Isobar global search team. They will facilitate the rollout of iProspect's leading natural search engine optimization and pay per click advertising tools, including iProspect's paid search technology, iSEBA, through the Isobar network. This will give marketers the first-ever seamless global search offering under the iProspect brand. Isobar currently employs 2,240 people and is established in 36 of the world's leading broadband economies.
