Cash back credit cards continue to offer relatively low regular APRs while allowing consumers to earn rebates in the form of a check or statement credit based on various percentages of monthly card spending. Interest rates on these cards are typically higher than non-cash back cards, however, due to the inherent costs of such reward programs and the fact that fewer cash back cardholders revolve balances month to month.

The CreditCards.com national weekly credit card rate survey is conducted each week using data from the leading credit card issuers in the United States.

Introductory offer periods and actual regular interest rates can vary depending on individual applicants' credit quality and issuer risk-based pricing policies.
