KMG Will Report Q2 Results and Provide Update on Strategic Review Process
MINNEAPOLIS -- KMG America Corporation (the "Company" or "KMG America") (NYSE: KMA), announced today that it will host an investor webcast on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern to review its financial results for the second quarter of 2007. The results will be issued prior to the market's opening that day. KMG America also plans to provide a brief update on the progress of the review of its strategic alternatives. That review is being conducted in conjunction with Keefe Bruyette & Woods which was retained to assist KMG America in exploring a variety of strategic alternatives, including the possible sale or merger of the Company.
