Vocera Communications Names Bob Flury Vice President of Sales

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Vocera Communications, Inc., developers of the Vocera Communications System, the only wearable, hands-free instant voice communication system available on the market, today announced that Bob Flury has been appointed vice president of sales.

Mr. Flury, most recently president and COO of LifeNexus, brings extensive knowledge of running high performance sales organizations and building strategic sales channels to the position. As vice president of sales, he will be responsible for Vocera's worldwide sales and channel relationships, with an emphasis on accelerating rapid business growth.

Mr. Flury brings a breadth of healthcare industry expertise to the position. Prior to LifeNexus, Flury was vice president of Strategic Alliance for Neoforma and has held vice president of sales positions for PeopleSoft's healthcare division, Software AG, and Dun & Bradstreet. Flury holds an MBA and BS from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
