"Hands-On" Event, the Nation's Premier Conference for Data Quality, Brings Together Industry Thought Leaders, Technology Experts and End Users

CARY, N.C. -- DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality integration services, will host the DataFlux Users Event 2007, its fifth annual users conference, on September 10-13 at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Fla. The event focuses on hands-on customer education efforts and features presentations and seminars from industry thought leaders in data governance and master data management.

This year's conference features a mix of best practices discussions, keynotes from thought leaders in data quality as well as hands-on training and networking opportunities. DataFlux will also present its annual customer awards, including Customer of the Year, at the event.

Agenda at a Glance

Three major addresses will provide industry overviews and implementation strategies for data management:

* "Foundation of Enterprise Information Management" by David Loshin, author, speaker and president of Knowledge Integrity, Inc.

* "Data Governance Done Right" by Evan Levy, noted author and partner of Baseline Consulting

* "Data Governance Is the Key for Corporate Success" by Tony Fisher, president and CEO, DataFlux, and Katie Fabiszak, VP of marketing, DataFlux

Additionally, a select handful of the more than 80 customers in attendance will share their data management case studies with attendees. Companies making presentations include Reed-Elsevier, R.L. Polk and Co. and NEOS, LLC.

The conference agenda provides a mix of industry insights and technology discussion. Scott Gidley, DataFlux co-founder and CTO, will conduct his annual update on DataFlux technology developments to attendees. Additionally, on Day One of the event, September 11, there will be a customer panel entitled "Propagating Data Governance Throughout the Organization" moderated by Joyce Norris-Montanari and featuring a panel of DataFlux Customer Advisory Board members.

Opportunities for Hands-On Experiences for Attendees

Throughout the event, DataFlux will host a Solutions Center, a unique opportunity for attendees to spend one-on-one "lab time" with DataFlux technology experts to discuss specific questions and topics related to their data profiling, data quality or data integration technology.

The popular Best Practices Forum introduced at last year's event will be returning, this time with an emphasis on best practices in MDM, advanced data quality techniques, and SAP implementations. Additionally, the Partner Showcase will feature event sponsors Address Doctor, Baseline Consulting, B-EYE Network, NEOS, TeleAtlas and Utopia.
