Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. Chooses JackRabbit Report Server from MphasiS Healthcare Solutions
Business Wire, August 23, 2007
Enhanced Real-Time Reporting Capabilities via Web for Proactive Risk Management
PHOENIX -- To provide a full array of technology tools to its clients to help them do their jobs better and lower their total cost of risk, Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI), ASP client 280, has recently signed a subscription to the JackRabbit Report Server from MphasiS Healthcare Solutions (MHS), a provider of health benefit management and business process outsourcing (BPO) services to healthcare payers.
"In today's technology-driven healthcare environment, we will utilize the JackRabbit Report Server to extend our automated production reporting capabilities to our diverse customer base of individual and group self-insured programs nationwide," states Yvette Murphy, Group Health Manager, CCMSI, a leading third-party administrator for workers' compensation and property/casualty self-insurance programs. "The JackRabbit Server supports secure, real-time reporting that allows us the flexibility to not only generate robust reports on a predetermined schedule, but also to customize these reports - providing Web access to data that are current to the minute."
According to Tim Kneuss, VP Business Information Services, at MphasiS, the JackRabbit Report Server, an ASP solution, lowers the cost of entry, permitting companies of all sizes to compete on an even playing field. JackRabbit offers Web access - at any time and from any location - to a broad range of reports from MHS' health benefits management (HEALTHpac) and customer service (CSIpac) systems.
"Already an MHS HEALTHware customer, CCMSI has signed a coterminous agreement for HEALTHpac eReports to expand the existing relationship," explains Kneuss. "The JackRabbit Report Server facilitates data manipulation, translating the information into a variety of output file formats including Excel spreadsheets, Rich Text Format (RTF) and PDFs. To expedite viewing, JackRabbit's advanced scheduler provides email notification when report results are ready for review."
CCMSI has selected the following four MHS options:
* JackRabbit HP - HEALTHpac eReports
* JackRabbit HP Query - ad hoc access to key HEALTHpac data
* JackRabbit CS - CSIpac eReports
* JackRabbit CS Query - ad hoc access to key CSIpac data
The JackRabbit Report Server features multiple levels of sophisticated subscription-based report solutions that can re-direct customer focus from reporting tasks to higher priority projects. Containing more than 140 report templates to satisfy client reporting needs, JackRabbit substantially reduces the time and resources needed to generate complex reports. Additionally, the intuitive interface allows users to preview reports before generation, which mitigates the time-consuming revision process.
