LOS ANGELES -- CoMedia Corporation's (Pink Sheets:CMTN) wholly owned subsidiary American Football Alumni welcomes Coach Dino Babers to its Advisory Board. As part of the formation of our national program to bring football players and coaches from all levels of the game together we have launched the first phase of our community web site at www.11on11.com. On August 23rd American Football Alumni launched its 100 city national tour to facilitate meeting many of the 20 million people who have played the game. In addition, we continue to add key individuals dedicated to the game of football like Coach Dino Babers to our Advisory Board of Directors.

Mr. Curtis Watts, President of American Football Alumni, stated, "Dino's dedication as a former player, educator and a coach along with his love of the game epitomizes what we say, 'If you played the game you are one of us!' We are proud to welcome Coach Babers and are looking forward to working with him to reach out to our target market and bring together an active community of former players and coaches. Our gatherings and events foster the sharing of the experiences of our members and the ability to build on the strength of its numbers as a common voice for football."

Assistant Head Coach Dino Babers is in his fourth year with UCLA and besides coaching the running backs for the Bruins he has recruiting responsibilities in California for San Diego and on the national level he is in charge of recruiting Hawaii, Arizona (Tucson), New Mexico and for running backs.

Coach Babers has a very impressive resume in the sport; he coached running backs during the 2003 season at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2006, he was offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Texas A&M, and he was an assistant coach with the Arizona Wildcats for six seasons (1995-2000). His other coaching posts include positions at San Diego State (1994, receivers), Purdue (1991-93, receivers), Northern Arizona (1990, special teams coordinator and defensive backs), UNLV (1988-89, special teams coordinator and running backs) and Eastern Illinois (1987, running backs).

Dino Babers graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1984 with a Bachelor's degree in education. He started at three different positions for the Warriors -- outside linebacker, strong safety and running back -- and earned first-team All-WAC Academic honors. As a senior he was Hawaii's special teams captain and leading rusher. Babers played in the Canadian Football League during the 1984 season. He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Hawaii (1984) and Arizona State (1985-86).

"Dino is well known in the coaching ranks for his ability to connect and recruit the elite players all over the country. As an Advisory Board Members he will help guide the direction of the American Football Alumni. We are so pleased to have Coach Babers on our team; we feel he will have a positive impact on our organization with all his knowledge," Mr. Watts added.

As a member of the Advisory Board of Directors he will provide the President and Executive Director with knowledge and direction to help raise awareness of American Football Alumni. The American Football Alumni is a fraternal group of individuals, sharing a common bond, whose foundation is based on a passion for football and all that it means to have played and lived it. The Advisory Board of Directors is made up of Hall of Famers, Heisman trophy winners and Super Bowl Champions and most of all it is made up of players and coaches that are the present champions of the game. Membership in American Football Alumni is not limited to or meant to be for only the most elite players or the most recognized, but for every single player and coach who have dedicated their selves to the game.
