EADS Signs Collaboration Agreement with Kenwood

Promotes Interoperable P25 Radio Systems Featuring EADS Secure Networks' COR(P25) Architecture, Kenwood Terminals

ARLINGTON, Va. -- EADS Secure Networks North America (EADS) and Kenwood USA announced today a formalized agreement to promote turnkey P25 public safety radio systems featuring EADS Secure Networks' COR(P25) radio architecture combined with Kenwood's terminals and other applications.

Under this non-exclusive agreement, Kenwood's distribution network will actively market and sell comprehensive P25 radio systems incorporating EADS' COR(P25) radio architecture. EADS will continue to directly market and sell comprehensive solutions, and will include Kenwood terminals in its proposed offers wherever possible and where applicable to each customer environment.
