Latin America's Largest Bank Signs Multi-Million Dollar Deal With Serena Software for Global Application Lifecycle Management

BBVA Improves Business Efficiency by Standardizing on Serena Software for Mainframe and Distributed Environments

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Serena Software today announced that Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), serving over 44 million customers in 32 countries, has standardized on Serena Software across all of its global operations for mainframe and distributed development and global business process management. By establishing Serena Software as a global vendor for application lifecycle management, BBVA is standardizing business processes, eliminating redundancies, and streamlining application development--companywide--to improve business performance.
