Partnership Enhances Options for Reward Fulfillment
SAN DIEGO -- San Diego-based BidShift, the leading provider of effective staffing innovations for healthcare providers, is expanding the capabilities of its Shift Rewards[TM] point-based incentive program through a partnership with SEI Meetings & Incentives (SEI), a provider of incentive travel and merchandise award programs. SEI will provide a back-end merchandise catalog and reward fulfillment capability to supplement BidShift's point-based open shift management incentive program called ShiftRewards.
"We're excited about leveraging SEI's merchandising knowledge with BidShift's point rewards program to help healthcare organizations fulfill their staffing needs," said Hanna Sahliyeh, president of SEI.
BidShift provides a web-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) program for filling open shifts, empowering employees, and supporting effective staffing practices. Hospitals can post shift openings online using a variety of rates and incentives including ShiftRewards, a non-monetary point reward program where nurses earn points for filling shifts. Similar to frequent-flier programs, the points can be redeemed for a variety of goods and services.
Hospitals using ShiftRewards have the option of managing their own reward selection and fulfillment process, or for an additional fee, accessing SEI's tiered online merchandise catalog offering standardized awards by point range designed specifically for BidShift. Users benefit by having access to hundreds of reward items through a 24/7 online shopping experience. The capability is seamlessly interfaced to the existing ShiftRewards program.
"This partnership enables BidShift to offer an end-to-end point-based incentive solution that provides a broad catalog of incentive options and streamlines the point redemption process for our ShiftRewards customers," stated Graham Barnes, CEO of BidShift. "We believe SEI's quality merchandise program will increase ease of use and nurse satisfaction with the ShiftRewards program."
SEI Meetings & Incentives provides full-service incentive solutions to national corporations. Utilizing customized technology, SEI manages the design, data capture, reporting, and fulfillment of online incentive programs for every type of reward. These services enable clients to integrate reward and recognition programs within a variety of business models. Additional process offerings include meeting and conference management both nationally and internationally. Founded in 1975, SEI is a privately held company and is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
