Enterprise Products Partners L.P. Announces Record Date for Special Unitholder Meeting

HOUSTON -- Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that it will hold a special meeting of unitholders at 1 p.m. CST on January 29, 2008. At the special meeting, Enterprise unitholders will be asked to consider and vote upon the terms of the Enterprise Products 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The meeting will be held on the 18th floor at the partnership's offices located at 1100 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas for unitholders of record as of December 20, 2007. It is anticipated that the mailing of the proxy and proxy statement to unitholders of record will begin on or around December 27, 2007.
