ML Macadamia Orchards, L.P. Announces Fourth Quarter Distribution

HILO, Hawaii -- ML Macadamia Orchards, L.P. (NYSE:NUT) announced today that the company declared a quarterly cash distribution of three cents ($0.03) per Class A Unit at the December 2007 meeting of the Board of Directors of its general partner, ML Resources, Inc. (MLR). The distribution will be paid on Friday, February 15, 2008 to the unit holders of record as of Monday, December 31, 2007. This distribution marks the 87th consecutive quarterly distribution, dating back to the inception of the Partnership in 1986.
