Roma Financial Declares Dividend

ROBBINSVILLE, N.J. -- Roma Financial Corporation (NASDAQ GS: ROMA) (the "Company"), the holding company of Roma Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared the Company's fourth quarterly cash dividend. A dividend of $.06 per share will paid out on or about January 23, 2008 to stockholders of record as of January 9, 2008.

President and CEO Peter A. Inverso stated "the Board was pleased to provide this return to the Company's stockholders and with this action, the aggregate dividends declared during 2007 were $.24 per share. It remains the intention of the Board to continue to pay quarterly dividends. However, the payment and amount of future dividends will be predicated on the Board's assessment of the financial condition, earnings and capital requirements of the Company".
