j2 Global Acquires RapidFax Business from Easylink Services International

LOS ANGELES -- j2 Global Communications, Inc. (NASDAQGS:JCOM), today announced that it has acquired the RapidFax(TM) business of Easylink Services International, including all RapidFax customers, the RapidFax trademark and other related assets.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the financial impact to j2 Global is immaterial.
