TSR, Inc. Announces Stock Repurchase Program

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. -- TSR, INC., (NASDAQ:TSRI) a provider of computer programming consulting services, announced today that its board of directors has authorized the Company to repurchase up to 300,000 shares of its common stock. The repurchase may be effected from time to time in accordance with applicable securities laws, through solicited or unsolicited transactions in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. No time limit has been placed on the duration of the share repurchases. Subject to applicable securities laws, such purchases will be at times and in amounts as TSR deems appropriate and may be discontinued at any time. TSR has no obligation or commitment to repurchase all or any portion of the shares covered by the authorization. There are approximately 4,500,000 shares outstanding.
