Genpact to Provide Business Process & IT Services Support for Hercules Incorporated

NEW YORK -- Genpact (NYSE:G), which manages business processes for companies around the world, announced it has been selected by specialty-chemicals manufacturer Hercules Incorporated to provide business process and IT services support as part of a multi-year, multi-country contract. Terms were not disclosed.

Genpact will provide services for order-to-cash (accounts receivable and some areas of customer service); procure-to-pay (accounts payable and some activities in procurement); certain activities in business analysis and general accounting; and IT applications development and support, including an SAP upgrade. Genpact will provide services from its centers in Juarez, Mexico; Cluj, Romania; and Kolkata, India.

Hercules is a $2 billion multinational manufacturer of specialty chemicals for making a variety of products for home, office and industrial markets.
