Q1 Labs Appoints Brendan Hannigan President and COO

Hannigan Promoted To Help Drive Corporate Growth, Expand Channel and OEM Initiatives and Direct Strategic Product Development
WALTHAM, Mass. -- Q1 Labs, a leading network security management company, today announced the appointment of Brendan Hannigan to president and chief operating officer. For nearly two years Hannigan served as Q1 Labs' chief operating officer responsible for product development and strategy, while leading the company's overall operations. In his new role, Hannigan will continue to focus on strategic planning and resource allocation with a focus on expanding Q1 Labs strategic partnership programs.

Hannigan is a technology industry veteran with 20 years of industry experience. Before joining Q1 Labs, he served in a variety of senior marketing and product-development roles at Sockeye Networks, Forrester Research, Wellfleet Communications, Digital Equipment Corp. and Motorola. Hannigan graduated with honors in computer science from University College, Dublin, Ireland.
