Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

BOSTON -- Fidelity Investments([R]) announced today that the Fidelity([R]) Nasdaq Composite Index([R]) Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share from net investment income and a short term gain distribution of $0.11. The dividend will be paid on Friday, December 28, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, December 26, 2007. The ex-dividend date is Friday, December 21, 2007.
