Matria Healthcare to Present at the Needham & Company Growth Stock Conference and the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Matria Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: MATR) announced today that it will participate in the Needham & Company Annual Growth Stock Conference and the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference to be held the week of January 7, 2008.
The Company will present on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at 2:30 PM Eastern Time at the Needham & Company Annual Growth Stock Conference in New York. On Thursday, January 10, 2008, the Company will present at 10:30 AM Eastern Time at the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
The Company also announced that a live audio broadcast of its conference presentation at Needham & Company will be available on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, beginning at 2:30 PM Eastern Time. A live broadcast of the Company's presentation at JP Morgan will be available on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 10:30 AM Eastern Time.
