LONDON -- On Friday 30th November 2007, Invesco announced the cancellation of 19,350,948 shares held in treasury. In addition to shares purchased for treasury, during the period between 21st November to 3rd December 2007 Invesco (NYSE:IVZ) (LSE:IVZ) (TSX:IVZ) has acquired 16,900,000 shares for the Invesco Global Stock Plan, an employee benefit trust.
