Simtek Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

Philip Black Appointed Compensation Committee Chairman, John Hillyard Appointed Audit Committee Chairman, Succeeding Dr. Robert Keeley Who Retired from the Board of Directors
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Simtek Corporation (NASDAQ:SMTK), the inventor, pioneer, and world's leading supplier of non-volatile static random access memory (nvSRAM) integrated circuits, today announced that Philip Black has been appointed Compensation Committee Chairman and member of the Audit Committee, and that John Hillyard has been appointed Audit Committee Chairman succeeding Dr. Robert Keeley who has retired from the Board of Directors of Simtek.
