Custom Benefits Administrators Selects MphasiS Healthcare Solutions' JackRabbit for Real-Time Reporting Capabilities
Business Wire, Dec 4, 2007
PHOENIX -- MphasiS Healthcare Solutions (MHS), a provider of health benefit management and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, today announced that Custom Benefits Administrators (CBA) signed a subscription for its JackRabbit Report Server, allowing the La Crosse, Wis., third-party administrator of self-funded employee benefits to generate and access reports in real time over the web.
"We selected JackRabbit because it will help us manage the benefit plans of our clients and serve their data reporting requests faster and more cost effectively," said Beth Dee, director of claims operations at CBA. "Our self-funded payor clients expect timely service and the JackRabbit tools allow us to meet their expectation, which is crucial to our financial success."
MHS's JackRabbit Report Server, an ASP solution, features multiple levels of sophisticated subscription-based report solutions that allow third-party administrators and others to directly access benefits data and publish custom reports containing information that is current within the minute. It contains more than 140 report templates, substantially reducing the time and resources needed to generate complex reports from MHS's health benefits management (HEALTHpac) and customer service (CSIpac) systems.
CBA subscribed to the following JackRabbit services from MHS:
* Jackrabbit HP - HEALTHpac eReports
* Jackrabbit HP Query - ad hoc access to key HEALTHpac data
