LONDON -- Enigmatec Corporation Limited, the leading provider of enterprise-class run book automation (RBA) software, today announced that Peter W. O'Neill has been appointed as the company's CEO. O'Neill, a software industry veteran with more than twenty years of executive leadership experience, will build on Enigmatec's strong track record and the rapid growth of the IT process automation market to secure the company's position as category leader.

Peter O'Neill brings a wealth of experience to Enigmatec, having held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard, Sequent, KPMG and most recently Fortent Inc. (formerly Searchspace, Ltd.), where he was responsible for driving significant revenue growth over the past seven years. Fortent offers risk monitoring software for banks and as executive vice president of worldwide sales and support, Peter was instrumental in building and driving the sales management and support teams in the US, UK, France, and Germany. Peter also spent nine highly successful years at Sequent, most recently as senior vice president for worldwide sales and professional services.

"It's been an exciting year at Enigmatec, during which our existing and new global customers have validated our technology as best-in-class," said Kevin Lomax, chairman of the board of Enigmatec. "Enigmatec's mature and proven automation technology is very attractive, because it enables technology managers to control costs and improve service levels in their highly virtualized and rapidly changing data centers" added O'Neill.
