ImmunoGen, Inc. Announces Webcast of Panel Session at the 2007 RBC Capital Markets Healthcare Conference

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) today announced that Mitchel Sayare, PhD., Chairman and CEO of the Company, will participate on the panel, Antibody Leaders and Next Generation Technologies, at the 2007 RBC Capital Markets Healthcare Conference. This 55-minute panel session will begin at 8:00 am EST on Thursday, December 13, 2007, and will be webcast live. The Conference will take place at the Westin New York at Times Square hotel in New York City.

ImmunoGen, Inc. develops targeted anticancer biopharmaceuticals. The Company's proprietary Tumor-Activated Prodrug (TAP) technology uses tumor-targeting antibodies to deliver a potent cell-killing agent specifically to cancer cells.
