(PINKSHEETS: RHOI), which operates outdoor activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary W.E.ROCK Event, Inc., is pleased to report that W.E.ROCK (World Extreme Rock Crawling Series), an off-road competition and event management company, is kicking-off the 2008 Rock Crawling Season with the seventh annual "Put Up or Shut Up" competition being held in Congress, Arizona on January 5th and 6th. The event offers a unique format where competitors from all classes compete head-to-head for the championship and season opening bragging rights.

W.E.ROCK has scheduled eight regional events in the US, a national Championship and a World Championship event to be held in Australia in 2008.

"Put Up is a unique event in which 28 teams, driving rigs from all of the various competitive classes will face-off for two days of tough competition over some extremely challenging obstacles.
