WASHINGTON -- Jerry Howard, executive vice president and chief executive officer of the National Association of Home Builders, will be available for interviews to discuss the Bush Administration's plan to assist home owners with subprime mortgages that are scheduled to reset at higher interest rates in the year ahead.
