"I will lead the Bott and Gulfgate divisions to meet the company's very worthy goals, as well as to meet a core commitment to the company's shareholders. This commitment begins with clear assignment of responsibilities, training and emphasis on standards and accountability, towards the goal of enhanced profitability. In short, I am committed to growing these two innovative, responsible and sales-committed organizations."

Mr. Martin frequently writes articles for pump and equipment trade magazines on areas of his expertise, such as new product launches and pump trouble-shooting. He is fluent in Spanish and lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and three sons.
