Eagle Hospitality Sets Fourth Quarter Earnings Call for February 22, 2007

COVINGTON, Ky. -- Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE:EHP) today announced it will report financial results for the fourth quarter 2006 and its outlook for 2007 on February 21, 2007 after the market closes.
The Company will host a conference call on February 22, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. J. William Blackham, president and chief executive officer and Raymond D. Martz, chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's fourth quarter results and outlook for 2007.
