6500 Attendees Expected In Atlanta For Education, Networking, And Professional Development Opportunities
CHICAGO -- The Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG), the world's largest customer-run community of SAP professionals, announced today that best-selling author and expert on leadership and management practices, Marcus Buckingham, will keynote the organization's Annual Conference, being held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia April 22- 25.
Buckingham's trio of best-selling books--First, Break All the Rules, Now, Discover Your Strengths, and Go Put Your Strengths To Work, have propelled him to the top of the list of sought after leadership experts. His keynote address, entitled "Simply Strengths," will reveal the keys to finding the most effective route to personal success - and the missing link to the efficiency, competency, and success for which many companies constantly strive.
"Today's information workers are on the front lines of the technology revolution that is helping companies do business better and go to market faster," said Rodney Masney, ASUG President. "Our mission as a user group is to equip our members--over 45,000 SAP customers--with the resources they need to innovate in this changing environment. Marcus Buckingham, and his message of leveraging individual strengths for maximum success, is the perfect way to kick off our Annual Conference and ensure our attendees walk away with the tools and best practices they need to help their companies out-perform the competition."
In order to maximize the opportunities for business and technical customers to interact with their industry peers, SAP experts, solution providers, and members of their own teams, ASUG and SAP are again co-locating their premier customer events. Both the ASUG Annual Conference and SAP SAPPHIRE will take place April 22 - 25 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Hosting these two breakthrough events in one location will deliver the technological vision, insights, and actionable information SAP customers need to drive profitability and growth. Approximately 14,000 SAP customers, partners and SAP employees are expected to attend.
