Business Wire, Feb 13, 2007

CHELMSFORD, Mass. -- Triton Systems, Inc. (Triton), a leader in advanced materials solutions for the U. S. Military and Homeland Security, announced today that it has named Mr. Bill Altergott Executive Vice President to oversee its newly restructured U.S. Government business. Mr. Altergott was previously in charge of Triton's Military Logistics and Structural Materials Divisions. His new responsibilities will now expand to Triton's entire Government business which includes Advanced Materials and Process technologies.

While managing Triton's Military Logistics and Structural Materials Divisions, Mr. Altergott transitioned early-stage technologies from primarily R&D platforms to advanced systems engineering and manufacturing. Specifically, he established a prototype manufacturing facility for military logistics components at Triton's headquarters in Chelmsford, MA and a manufacturing facility expansion in Birmingham, Alabama.

"A seasoned executive of Bill's caliber and experience is instrumental in implementing Triton's strategy of achieving rapid commercialization of technologies in today's changing materials landscape," stated Triton's Chief Executive Officer, Ross Haghighat. "Bill is inheriting an outstanding team of professionals and a number of exceptional capabilities with real relevance to the defense markets that we plan to serve. We are excited to support Bill in growing our Government business."

Compared to Triton's traditional focus on early stage materials & process technology, Mr. Altergott will realign Triton's capabilities to focus more on application-ready technologies that can be rapidly transitioned to the warfighter and to the global war on terrorism.

Mr. Altergott has over 25 years of experience in materials & process technology, product design and marketing of advanced military systems and subsystems. Prior to joining Triton, Mr. Altergott was Division Director at Foster Miller (now a division of Quinetiq).
