Hay Group Expands Metro NY Talent & Leadership Practice

NEW YORK -- Kathleen Cavallo, Psy.D. has joined Hay Group's Talent & Leadership Consulting Practice as a Senior Consultant in its New York area office.
Cavallo was a Founder and Managing Partner of the Corporate Consulting Group, which specializes in leadership growth and transformation, where she worked with corporate leaders and boards. Her clients have included Johnson and Johnson Consumer & Personal Care Products, Honeywell International, Novartis Pharmaceutical, Office of the Inspector General; US Postal Service; Rockefeller Foundation; McNeil; ETHICON, Advanced Health Media, and ABB Lummus Global. Prior to her consulting experience, she led a multi-million dollar franchise for a major retailer.
In Cavallo's two decades of business, corporate, and consulting experience, she has developed products, methodologies, and protocols in leadership competency assessment; talent management; leadership coaching; and building individual and group level emotional intelligence.

Cavallo received her doctoral degree from Rutgers University in Applied and Professional Psychology where she is currently a visiting faculty and core team member of the university's doctoral program. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations and the Health Care Women's Business Association.
