Global Business Icon Richard Sarnoff Offers Leadership, New Perspectives at A CEO Conversation

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The North Carolina Technology Association, (NCTA) the primary voice of the technology industry in North Carolina, today announced that global business icon Richard Sarnoff, President of Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments and Executive Vice President of Random House, Inc., will share his innovative leadership and vision with other top executives at A CEO Conversation on Wednesday, April 11, at the Sheraton Imperial in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
"Mr. Sarnoff is a highly-respected global leader and colleague, and he brings important international experience and perspectives to our dialogue on media, technology and leadership," says William C. Weiss, Chairman and CEO of The Promar Group LLC, and co-chairman for the 2007 A CEO Conversation. A member of the famed Sarnoff family that included Sarnoff Labs and RCA, Richard Sarnoff currently manages global activities for Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments and also serves as Executive Vice President of Random House, Inc., the world's largest consumer publisher with revenues exceeding $2 billion and operations in 12 countries. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Bertelsmann AG, a leading global media company with more than 600 individual companies with significant interests in all areas of media - books, magazines, music, television, and direct marketing and media services.

Registration before March 30 is $350 for members and $500 for non-members. After March 30, it is $450 for members and $600 for non-members.
