Hay Group Launches New "On Demand" Salary Analysis Tool
Business Wire, Jan 10, 2007
New Service Makes It Easier Than Ever Before to Analyze and Model Pay Data
PHILADELPHIA -- Hay Group, in partnership with Cezanne Software, has launched a new on demand salary analysis service.
The new functionality significantly strengthens the services Hay Group provides to customers through their global reward information portal, Hay Group PayNet[R].
Using the new service customers will now be able to easily bring together salary survey information from PayNet with their own pay data, and then analyze and model that information to reach effective pay decisions.
Steve Marsden, Head of Reward Information Services at Hay Group, said: "For most organizations, the only way to analyze and model pay data is through spreadsheets. These are often frustratingly difficult and time consuming to manage and rarely allow for the level of analysis that's required to design and implement effective pay policies in today's competitive business environment.
"With this new service, we provide a solution that allows our customers to take their pay analysis and modelling to the next level. They'll be able to quickly bring together the relevant data, and then take advantage of the tool's graphical modelling to clearly visualize existing reward structures in the context of the market, as well as explore different pay scenarios to see which ones give them the best results.
He adds: "Since the salary analysis service is offered on a hosted--or on demand--basis, customers can be up and running quickly and at low cost. There is no need to install and configure applications on site; customers simply access the new functionality through their log on to PayNet."
The salary analysis service has been developed in co-operation with Cezanne Software, a leading provider of HR and compensation software solutions.
